As far as I understand the thread, this concerns servers only.
Players reported to have been playing on K&P servers will still be passed on to EA and might have their stats reset.
It's just that the people at BFROE won't look into reports for the servers themselves anymore because the providers don't take any action when they're informed that one of their customers is running a K&P server.

I would rather play on a real server than a k/p server. It is too much like shooting fish in a bath tub. Way too easy.

If that is the thread i believe it is, it is very very old. They made an apology and said they would take reports on kp servers again.
