Daqing, Songhua and Mashtuur are all preety balanced.

EDIT: the only real problem with Mashtuur is the fact the MEC have to cross the bridges to get to the other side of the map, meaning that they can rarely cap and hold mosque in the opening cap grab. Crossing the bridge/creek is also VERY hazardous to your health if USA holds Mosque.

Mashtuur isnt balanced.

USMC generally get to mosque earlier and its easy to defend when capped....From the mosque you can easily access all the other flags.

Ghost Town, each side is very balenced, but it is not mirror balenced. For example, the SAS can spawn camp the flag nearest to the Spetz that has the heli pad and still fend off infantry from taking other spawn points, but the Convoy is totally blocked off from the SAS. That and both guys get great weapons.

I also think, it is Fushe Pass 32. But the chinese have a little disadvantage, because at first, they have to climb the hill to the first base. The US have about 15 seconds more, to take the Mine-Bases.

Gulf of Oman is the most balanced. It's two attack lines head to head. EVERY type of combat can be found on that map. Good sniping, some urban combat, Heli's, planes, tanks, APC's, Oman has it all. Dragon Valley is another pretty good map, and not as many hardcore J10 whores go there. Get a good F35B pilot and it's perfectly even.

Mashtuur. And to those saying it isn't because it's hard to get across the creek, try different routes. Don't always take the route from the hotel. I can almost always make it to backyard from the power station without even being shot at. And if have to spawn at hotel, it's fairly easy to just bypass the mosque and take the hill. I know when I first spawn at the beginning of the round, I spawn at hotel and bee line it for that ridge that goes up and around the hill. Usually wind up taking it as every American has gone to the mosque for the fight there.

Capping the hill from USMC usually causes a lot of the USMC players to drop back and try to take the hill, leaving the players defending mosque short handed and they usually loose it to the onslaught of mec troops.
