Cause other finnish players have the finnish flag in here stats and I have USA?

When you create the player profile, you get to choose a country. If you on the other hand decide to do the standard installation procedure for Windows programs (vigorously click "i agree"-> "next"-> "next"-> "next"-> "next"-> "done"-> "launch BF2") you might miss the screen allowing you to change that option.

So, once your player is created, you cannot change it anymore. Sorry..
