Hi can someone tell me why this is...
I have 2 broadband connections at home, 1 pc on each:
BT 1mb ADSL (through Netgear router)
NTL 2mb (through ethernet crappy NTL modem)
The list of servers in multi-player (with same filters applied) is much larger using the BT line than the NTL one.
I thought it may be DNS so set both PC's identically but got the same result ie more servers listed on the BT connected PC than the NTL one.
So question is, why is the server list smaller using NTL?
PS BF2 is same version / patch level etc etc.
Incidentally the BT line altho 1mb slower, apart from showing many more servers loads the list infinately quicker that the faster NTL line wtf - but that is another question.
