Israel holds Land belonging to Lebanon against international law and about 100 UN resolutions. That is a decoration of war in itself and when nations are at war they blow the shit out of each other. Israel has been carrying out bombing raids, kidnapping of civilians, elected officials, whole families for years. Locking them up in jails with no trial or hope of release. So when Israel ignore all requests to release or at least charge these thousands of ppl a more drastic action is required. Its interesting that the clock only started ticking on this issue when the Israeli solders were captured to be used as an exchange. No clocks were ticking on Fox or CNN or BBC when Innocent ppl were kidnapped from their homes in Lebanon. It seams their suffering is not as important as Israeli suffering.
The rocket attacks only started when Israel started indiscriminately bombing and killing Lebanese civilians. Its their in black and white if you take the care to read a few other media sources bar Fox.

Would anyone put it pass Hezbollah to use Venezuela's president, Hugo Chavez, to learn Spanish, get visas into Mexico and enter the United States though the border to do attacks?

Just a theory, no proof for the statement above.
