Also the fact that they don't sell ethernet DSL modems at all.. its either poor wireless or this POS $10 for a dozen USB modems - what makes it worse is that the USB modems AREN'T $10 for a dozen.. they're $60 for ONE!.. WTF?!
Germany's T-Online system was much better.. Not one single problem.. and plus they use ethernet modems so I can use a freakin router!

I have AOL............ To be honest I have not had an issue with them, its my damm area, the connections suck sooooooooooo bloody much and apparantly theres no upgrades for like another bloody year! That is BT though so meh. AOL I feel have excellent customer service last time I called the guy clearly had a hangover so that was great fun, and when AOL noticed I was not actually getting the connection speeds I was paying for there automatically refunded me with no fuss what so ever and an apoligy for how long it took. Though I should of noticed but 'meh'. I hear great things about NTL, but for me atleast it's the area's wiring that pisses me off, to get NTL they would need to dig up the road around my home and not one of those arsehole neiborghs would agree! BASTARDOZ!

Im currently on virgin.net DO NOT go to these i didnt have a say in the matter at the time we got it but all my mates use tiscalli or Nildram and they recomend it so im going to switch to one of them.

I've been using Virgin BB for the last 3 years without a problem, maybe they are scared of my special powers and decided to treat me as royalty.
