at the moment though its that bloody little red shield down in the task bar saying "your firewalls off!!1 OMG!!" I DONT CARE! I WANT IT OFF!! PISS OFF YOU STUPID LITTLE ANOYING THING XDD

Just click on the icon to go into the security centre. Click "change the way windows alerts me" (bottom link on the left) then uncheck the box's and it wont warn you again.

You could also click the stupid baloon and see that you after a few clicks you can select something like 'I have a firewall i manage' (it is all in dutch for me so i don't know the exact words). And voila, you don't have the baloon anymore
