any advice on getting the purple heart??? yeah, go have a sucky game........all you have to do is have 5 kills in a game and then have 20 or more deaths...........a 1:4 ratio is all you need. Good luck?

No, its a Per Round Ratio, not your global.
Join a round, kill 5 people first, then die 20 times, or get in the 5 kills while dying.
5:20 = 1:4 ratio you need PER round to get one.
You may ask yourself "Why the hell would I do that?"
Well thats the purpose of the purple heart really, I guess EA put it in to give the people who kinda suck a warm fuzzy feeling inside. I got mine on purpose simply because I wanted the medal itself.

You want to TRY to earn a purple heart? Are you crazy or something? Ryan_Mercury hit it on the head, it's a medal that does NOT come with honor (honour, for my friends with the English challenges )

lol one of my friend is really bad and he got it. He gets bagged out all the time.
If you really want it, go medic on Karkand and run around with your Paddles out...

I got mine because of an unfortunate APC hide and seek game. I was hiding (i.e running like shit away from the spawncamping APC)
