I've searched and dug this thread back up in the hope people will post "How happy they are"with things so far. This may appeal mostly to UK as I'm not sure the timing of leagues around the world, in season/out of season.

My team Cardiff City sit top of the coca cola championship, our highest league posistion for 40+ years. Our so called corrupt owner Sam Hamman has just been replaced by another so called corrupt owner Peter Ridsdale. We have a team put together for approx £1m-£2m pounds and lead the table by 3 points. We should have more money to spend at christmas transfer window. We are expecting the go ahead for our new £35m stadium this week if not next and the club will be floated on the stock market within 5-10 years.

Im a fan and a supplier to the club so at the moment it's all good. However, nothing lasts forever and football is a cycle. The trick is to stay at the top of the cycle for the longest, ie/eg Man Utd. Ridsdale left Leeds in £103m debt but has said he has learned his lesson along with it wasn't just him making the mistakes he was part of a PLC. Whatever happens to my club, "I'll be there".

What American footie games have you been watching I've never seen a fight in American football.
