ok, when bf2 first came out, you were able to click on the ribbons in bfhq to see its description. When the first or second patch came out, maybe third, there was a bug that didn't let you click on the ribbons to see their descriptions! its been like that since!
and............it annoys you????? I started playing when it was 1.3 and you could'nt click it there. So that was probably the patch that caused the bug.
