I usually run super smooth, just today I'm getting pings shooting up into the 200-300 range, just for a few seconds then back down to 20-30. Pain in the ass when flying a chopper. No spyware, no AV or any programs running or any changes lately, and this happens on like 5 different servers with good pings in the browser.
