I have been playing a little bit of SF and I havn't found any whoring except a little bit of tank whoring... I dont really think that any of the maps have any bad whroing.

Karkand has some of the worst tank whoring from the USMC side as they respawn closest to combat. That archway with the spawn campers in the back alley are brutal when you don't have a team willing to do anything about it. You can blow 'em up but they will always come straight back to the same spot. The number of times you blow them up for a measley 2 points can hardly compete with the amount of spawn kills they get on their way there + the time camping there before death. If they have a commander who has brains enough to drop supply crates it's even worse. Even worse then this is people who know how to use APC's and tanks and maintain their distance with supply crates. Then it becomes a bitter experience and time to try for other flags/objectives.
For this reason, I prefer Sharqi as my favorite urban map. I wish there were no tanks, no helicopters, and no artillery on Karkand and Sharqi, that would be a lot more fun for infantry combat.

SF maps got lots of infantry whoring, this includes the incredibly lame zipline, grappling hook and teargas whoring. Not to mention the numerous flashbang whores.

the map with most whoring got to be mashtur city.. when a blackahawk fly around the whole round with two gunners onboard....:S

I voted for strike at karkand but wake island was close behing

Sharqi is pretty bad if you're not in the MEC heli or your side has a retarded pilot.
I think those guys crying about spawn campin in Karkand and lovin Sharqi forget the lame that is the helicopter in this map specially attacking the hotel, construction site and tv. Prefer the apc spawn campin that the helicopter killin 100 people IAR. Anyway Karkand kicks asses cos bf2 could easily be only Karkand and it would be an excellent game yet.
