I have 350 dollars right now that I have for me stuff(aka new bass) The rest of my paycheck is for my girlfriend and gas and appartment. Is this game really worth it?

if you really want to wait months and months for it to dip below 40.... i didn't get BF2 until January of this year and it was still 50.
So nobody seems to be giving feedback that has played it so far.... anybody? Is there a stats site to go to now that it's out?
I would also recommend not judging this game by the demo map.... i'm assuming they gave us something equivalent to Songhua Stalemate or one of those maps that don't get played that often.

Careful on ebay. With a single account/CD key combo deal, if someone sells you a used copy and you cannot reassign it's account, you would be rather screwed.

Don't buy the game!!! In my opinion stick to BF2 ....its way better than 2142., The interface of 2142 is worse than the one on bF2 and also there is advertisiments and spyware of bf2142. You won't like it trust me.

Interface of 2142 has better features that most people wanted in BF2. 2142 runs much smoother than BF2, also. And it's downright fun. Buy it!BF2142SUCKS wrote:

Game is pants with brown goo attached. Don't buy this excuse of a game which realy is a crap mod addon with a new ranking system. Halo looks like it but Enemy territory Quake Wars will bury this heap of $hit when it's released.
I've had the game for three days. Wait until the fix all the bugs first before blowing 50 bucks.
I can't freaking play it right now because PB is screwed and kicks people left and right. Titan mode feels like you're high on crack and convusling irratically. If you happen to get a copy with a CD KEY THAT FREAKING WORKS, then you lucky bastard (I managed to get it to install, open an account, but says it is "Invalid" when I try to register). Not to mention, all the awards your earn in game, you may have to re-earn when they fix the freaking Master Server.
Check out the forums at EA for more bugs. I'm glad the above was not just me.
