no the ubar is wrong there is big dispute on what they or if they are commented out and unobtainable. next time use the search cuz you are about to get closed or flamed
This is a question you could find an answer to easily by using the search button. It has been stated many times before that there is something wrong with the army ribbons, somehow you can't earn them...
Maybe it'll be fixed with the 1.2 patch? who knows...

These ribbons are currently unobtainable; hopefully a patch will fix this in the future.
