It really doen't matter if they pass the law though. Even if they do legalize pot, it's still against federal law meaing it is still illegal.. Look at California, it's legal to an extent there but there are tons of problems with it because of our federal laws. I didn't read the link.
Why legalize it. If you want it it's not hard to get and legalizing it will only incur taxes!?
Ah the emporer's new clothes ... I think the biggest lesson is how we can live with laws without even knowing why or where they came from ...
Your dealer gets busted and he gives names. Then you got a court date and while its not the most severe charge ever, it is a pain in the ass.RicardoBlanco wrote:

And some argue that it would get very very pure and the mid grade shit would be "weeded"(pun intended) out by legal competition.
My experience with the state of Nevada isn't good. Its basically a parasitic state IMO. Its got feck all. Little industry, no tourism, no population, just shit loads of sand and rednecks. The state tries to get as much money from travelers passing through the state to get somewhere. Either stop for a gamble, a go on a hooker or get fined on some stupid driving charge or for smoking a reefer.
HELL YEAH, GAMBLE YOUR FAMILIES FOOD MONEY IN A CASINO, GO AND FECK YOUR FAMILIES HOUSE RENT UP SOME HOOKER, (oops caps) but smoke something natural that does you little harm and BAM!! Its not because Nevada thinks its morally right to be allowed to smoke weed or maybe it could help an MS sufferer, no, its so they can tax it. hence the turn around.

Hang on, that doesn't make sense, as if it were true, then they wouldn't be able to tax it, sell it, or anything that article talked about. Which would defeate the whole purpose of the vote, and makes it seem a little pointless having it in the first place.cpt.fass1 wrote:

I don't feel like posting all my arguments again as to why it should be legalised, but I think the more places that start legalising it the better. Who knows, if this kind of liberal nonsense continues, in a few years, Americans may be able to finally drink at a normal age!
oh I didn't read the link, the last thing I wrote on my post. I was just talking about how in cali..ghettoperson wrote:

You are correct. Its 'legal' here in California, but people will still be charged with a Felony for possession or trafficing the stuff.cpt.fass1 wrote:

Alot of people already smoke it even though the laws are in effect : |
not legalization what we want is DECRIMINILIZATION
In that case, I may be moving to Nevada soon...
