if it really bothers you so much, do what i do.  i've mentioned it before...

if a guy is standing in front of my plane before i take off and won't get out of the way, i'll just sit there.  i'll tell him i have all the time in the world.  if he's lame and still won't get out of the way, i'll hop out and act like i'm going somwhere else.  he'll most likely jump in the plane.  before he can take off, sprint back to get run over by him.  punish him, of course.  repeat as necessary.

or if you don't want to lose your chance to fly, you can try this tactic that has worked well for jets that don't have the hover ability...  get a rolling start with the jet and hop out right before you run over the guy standing in front of you.  the jet will run them down and you will not be awarded a TK.  evil, i know...

OMFG, are they so dumb that they don't know that it's bad sportsmanship? Can't they either wait in the corner counting his fingers or do something useful rather wait to be TKed on purpose? What's the piont of playing if they act like that?

Okay, TeamKills . . . . Tonight I was on a Tactical Op something or other server in a squad with a guy who was a decent helo pilot on Wake.  He and I both took turns with other guys wanting to use the thing by jumping on the BH and running circles while one blazed with the mini-guns.  All was cool.  Flags were being taken.  The OPFOR were getting their butts handed to'em.  We crash at the main base and respawn on the Essex where we are met by the OPFOR Helo raping the base.  We respawn once or twice and the guy has been toasted by someone on the AA.  There's maybe ten guys on the boat now, all wanting to be someplace else.  The jet is immediately taken when it spawns. The two seater helo is full.  The BH or a boat is all that's left.  Six guys jump into the BH and the pilot starts screaming for everyone to bail out.  He offers no explanation.  So we all sit tight and he lifts off, gains thirty or forty feet, flips belly up and kills us all which is plainly scrawled across the screen with "teamkill" by him on us all.  The prompts for TK Punishment are turned off.  A few of us ask him why he did it.  He does the "rotflmao" and  starts the "gay" crap chatter while approaching another group and drops a 203 on them, killing them, again with the "teamkill" which he laughs about.  Then he starts running at me with a pistol, so I knife him as some other guys start shooting.  All this on the deck of the ship.  Some of us get kicked for TKing guy, but my friend tells me that this asshole is still in the game after TKing ten or more guys in less than a minute and a half.  As explanations are being made to the admin, the punk leaves the game before he can get kicked.  And now I've noticed I have a brand new "ban" on my stats.  So . . . . Okay, Teamkills.  There are teamkills and then there teamkills.
