Sad to say it'll probably be Sarkozy. He's shown no unwillingness to exploit existing cleavages in French society for his own benefit.
Well Sarkozy is a fascio-racist so I guess I'll go for Segolene Royal based on her candid photos on the beach and the fact that she is actually still do-able despite her age.

Given the racism of the French in how they don't hire their immigrants like they should, and how the Muslims overreacted, I can't say that I blame Sarkozy. He seems like the only political figure in France that could force through much needed reforms from his sheer popularity. He could implement some sort of affirmative action type program for the Muslims, while still coming down hard on rioters. Essentially, he could bring stability back to France.
