The team system is fucked up, -2 for damage, -2 for tk and a further -2 for the inevitable punish. So if some twit is in my way I loose 6 points for his stupidity. I know be more careful but surely a team damage should only be -1!!!???

Better system I think would be,

-1 for damage,
-2 for tk
-1 for punsish

wrong. Its -4 for a tk, punish or not. Punish just adds to your being kicked proximity, not your score.
