If i pilot a transport copter i use to receive negative points for team killing i also get the mess DO NOT SHOOT AT YOUR TEAMMATES mess often. 

Though it's an transport copter i could not have been shooting at anything what so ever, or?
Is this a major bug or what?

This is b4 the latest update , i have not been playing as much since so i don't know if this still appears!

The only thing i can think of is maybe your teammates were diving out and getting themselves killed by jumping at the wrong moments.  Thus, you in control = them getting 'TKed'.  Or maybe you were crashing into something, the game likes to blame the pilot for those sorts of things a lot...especially the players that die.  They're QUICK to hit the punish button.
