I posted about this before, and a load of people told me it was my pc that was the problem, something to do with the cache? Yes, i know it's annoying... pfft. wheres the link?

I've found that if you get that 60 second message, you have to wait 60 more seconds to send it. It doesn't make much sense but none the less, it starts the timer over. (sometimes changing the subject line makes it go through faster too)
