1st Part: if you guys want to switch people in and out during th match i think this would be fine only if we played in a 32 man server. 2nd Part: I don't understand what your problem is here. Is it that hard that before the match begins at each round that only the two leaders are talking to each other? So they can Say to each other. "ok your team rdy to go?" "yes we are rdy" "ok (to whom is running server) restart and the map and it will be LIVE"
after that blabber away all you want. talk shit, talk stupid who cares just let the two ldrs at the beginning confirm their teams are rdy and then restart the map. So everything is nice and fair.
And in tournies i admit no teams don't tell each other what to do. But in tournies no one talks in chat. There is no need too. but since we all have big egos here we have to blab about omgzzz pwnzoored U.
I'm not asking you to give up your first born here. Just to let all chat be clear so ldrs can say "yes we are rdy" and then the game commences
Seems pretty rational and fair...

All libs must vote for team leader asap. Do any of you want to be team leader? Remember the team leader will be talking with the con team leader during the match to coordinate the game, so it starts when both teams are cool. And we still need a server.
Re swapping: The Libs, at least, will probably have enough (if last match was any judge, and Conservatives sign ups need to be done as well.
Re chat: I apologise, I read that in a hurry and thought he was saying all match. Having said that, if we're using something like TS couldn't the team leaders just be on a seperate channel?

Going to the website and reading the thread and following the instructions MUST be done by October 11 (Next Wednesday). The FINAL FINAL cut off will be on October 13 (next Friday 1 pm central) . If you can do it by Wednesday it would be MUCH appreciated. If you don’t have access go to the access thread and ask for access.
By Friday of next week if you are a back up you will know whether or not you will be playing.
