I am a new BF2 player. Now I have 1 question? I am trying to gain experience and adding some medals, badge and new rank to my character. In many cases with special force edition I get advised that I received some mention about 5 or 6 yesterday and they are not appearing in my profile. This is the server I am using most of the time. Server from Elite Gamers 216.246.9.6:16567. I kind of enjoy playing on this server except for base rapping but what ever. I talk to some friends and they have the same trouble with Special Force. The regular BF2 is ok. Cant some one tell me if this is normal and how to fix it.

The first thing you need to do is make sure your in a ranked server, you can tell this by the rank stripes next to the server name when you go to join a server.
Second there is a problem with BF2SF stats. For one there is no way to tell how to get anything. Ex: I have 58 hours as MEC SF and have played all maps yet no service ribbon, even though I have the Navy Seal ribbon. Also in SF only 3 ribbons will show in BFHQ, a known problem that EA ignores, so if you already have 3 ribbons don't look to see anymore under your badges, they will show at the main BFHQ screen after you get them though.

Whever I earned badges or ribbons of SF it never showed up during game play. I had to disconnect and look in my BFHQ page...
all my SF ribbons didnt how up in bfhq, just the crew service, tank, and heli ones, but service ribbons didnt, yet my buddy got his before patch 1.12 came out, and all his show up in bfhq....but just check in bf2s.com if they show up there, then u got them
bf2player.com shows a btter understanding of those team ribbons and the maps needed to play.
Yeah, I forgot that BF2S,com rocks and gives the best reporting on stats etc!!!!!!!!
i started a new account today and got basic spec ops/specialist, basic command, and staff officer ribbon in the same round, but none of it went to my stats
Give it some time. It doesn't immediately appear.
About the second issue, you also need a Best Round of over 100 to qualify for the ribbon. It doesn't mention it in the UBAR Guide (hence the U meaning "Unofficial") or on your stats page, but it is mentioned on another stats site which I will not promote here.........ok then, www.bf2stats.nl .....there, you got it out of me.Backdraft wrote:
