Medium rare for me, any additional cook time is blasphemy.

Medium with Chips, Peas and maybe a slice of Tomato, add a little Worcester sauce (slighty hot). The steak has to be cooked on a griddle, not a grill or a George Forman thing. To be really fussy you shouldn't was the grilldle with detergants. A fair prive from a butcher here in the UK is £5 per steak, you usually end up with a good cut of meat. One supermarket here sells a lot of Australian Beef and its suprisingly good.
Personally, I don't care how the hell it's cooked at long at its cooked and not burnt.

Medium rare with most steaks, but if it's a really good one it leans more toward the rare.
Medium Rare for me my good man, and bring a bottle of that cheeky little red I had last week.
Knock its horns off and wipe its ass.
Lighltly microwaved then with whipped cream on top so it melts all over it.Then get around 4 teaspoons of sugar and sprinkle on.

Medium, marinaded in A1 steak sauce and grilled with chopped onions to add flavor. Lots of salt and pepper, too

I like my steak still mooing. the way i have it at home is take a nice fat steak, slap it on a hot frying pan, turn it over and serve it. literally spends about 15 seconds on heat. Love it.
