just make sure that you have the codecs to play OGG audio files, if not, get an audio converter, i used Cheetah audio convertor, to convert them from OGG to mp3

ive already encoded them as mp3 so any media player will play it, if onyl i could host them, if u want them from me, just pm and i can email them the 3 mp3 files (dont worry i wont send any virus or spam, i hate that shit)

I used Ashampoo to play 'em. They would be odd to hear if you weren't expecting them. Did anyone notice that there is also a DEMOTION sound file? I find that very interesting, I've never seen someone demoted.

Both times that I heard it I was humpin it to another flag with no enemy around. Thats one of the reasons why I was'nt sure if the sound actually came from the game.
now, try to listen for the bongos in the backround while in jalalabad, its funny, at first i thought it was my buddy playing the bongos on teamspeak but he plays guitar, not bongos, and ive also heard them in karkand as well. i think

i heard the laugh for the first time today when i was commanding on karkand.
Ha ha, good find....now all they need is a TEE HEE HEE after a medic revives someone.
go check out the veterans program. if you sign up for it you get to play it every once in a while (its random) i'm pretty sure it has something to do with kills. i've heard it a few times, but to me it always sounds like something the spec ops would do, not the medics or snipers or anything.BBradley wrote:

I too was victim of these creepy laughs. Once near the TV station on Warlord and another time in front of the Palace at the end of the round. Creeped me out.
I heard this ONCE on karkand. My squad buddy pwned someone and i don't remember if either of us LOL'd, but i just heard the laugh, he heard it too..and we were both just wtf? We were both MEC and it sounded like..well..a MEC laugh.
It might have something to do with BF 1.4 since I've gone through the sound files before 1.4, and never noticed the laughing wav. I did notice the enemy wheelbarrow spotted and the demotion already though.
