mashtuur round 2.....was obliterated by a server ctd....although at the time i belive:
1st: fosterthelegend
2nd: Nyte..with a neg k/d and more team points than most points pople had
3rd: unknown

Jalallalalalalallaalallaaaaaaaaa:collapsed after mashtuur and pople were using pretty much all kits. And it almost went knives only. Almost.

thanks to everyone (especially wookie and DMZ) who took part and helped make it happen.....even though the attendence was rubbish i think most enjoyed it. 
Heheh i had the 2nd most amount of kills and more than Nyte!!!!
i spent most of the time following Nyte around and he is as good as he says/boasts
i dunno... Nyte just hops alot and he got soooooooo many team points!

I played for a while and its always the same for these staged jobs... people work out the best way to survive (natural i suppose) and it ends up a game of bumper cars around Wake or chopper HALO droppers the same as snipe vs med.

If your doing a competition people will use every advantage to win so you need to make it as level as possible. Wake is inherrently biased to PLA and any decent sniper will make the boat crossing hell.... let alone an ENTIRE SERVER full of some of the best around! We should have done KARKIE, SHARKIE and Jalabad.

I like the comment about K : D and had a bit of a sarcastic rant in-game MEDIC..... all the K : D is what you would earn without the medic prescence in your average server. A good sniper is all well and good but lets face it, you would sell your claymore stockpile for one loyal medic to follow you round dispensing the love.


my $0.02     -     PLEASE GOD if you do this again make it IO and avoid wake.

I think we did fairly well on Wake, considering our Ping and numbers disadvantage.  We could have actually won Wake if that certain someone wasn't tank capping..

200 ping was really bad for me.   Quite a few close range shots that were dead center chest shots that didn't register.  Near impossible to get running targets.  On a US server, Wake, from my bunker position near the J-10, I would have owned all those "hiding" behind the aircraft repair unit.  My Mashtuur kill count should have been three times the number reported.  But nevertheless, it was fun.  Sorry I had to bail after the Mashtuur crash, but after two hours, I had "outdoor" obligations.

One things for sure, Nyte is pissed about 1.4 nerfing of his bunny/dolphin tactics.

Got a few knife kills too.

One time though, I was chasing MuseSeeker every which way, wanting to backstab.  But he drops a claymore on me.  Should have just shot him...

Anyone got screenies of the first Mashtuur match result?  Pretty good match too.

I think we had about 3 or 4 more US based non-wookie players before this screenshot, but they all had over 150 pings.
