Not the Belmont High School in Geelong by any chance?

Anyway, in primary school i did Japanese for 7 years which didn't end up well. I've never grasped Asian languages well.

In high school (I go to Oberon High School, it's a public school) we got the choice of either Bahasa Indonesian, Japanese or German, I picked German.

Learned German for 4 years and when went on an exchange trip to Germany and Austria, had a great time.

Now I'm doing an adult education course in Spanish because I wish to go to Latin American one day.

Are you high? Greek and Latin are 2 completely different languages. Both aren't used anymore, but it's like saying that English is kinda the Russian.

Back on topic...

Italy: English, followed by French or German (French in the north-western regions, German in the north-east), Latin and Greek in some high schools.
