Can't access static.bf2s.com No images or CSS on main site

At my college, we are behind a proxy server for web browsing, but this has nothing to do with it, I think. Also, I have confirmed this with my roommates' computers that have never been to this site.

Basically, anything that loads from http://static.bf2s.com cannot be accessed at all. Not just an internet explorer thing - no connection can be made to that server.

What that means is the main site, wiki, stats...basically everything on this site, besides the forums (which don't link to a different server for CSS / images) doesn't load and makes everything jacked up.

There is not just some IE rule that you can't load pages across servers; I just can't access static.bf2s.com. I used remote desktop on my home computer and everything at bf2s.com loads fine, but not here at school.

Is there any way around this? Is my domain being blocked by the server behind static.bf2s.com?

all bf2s pages reference static.bf2s.com for style sheets and images. If I can't access those, then everything looks jacked up and useless.

Under IE security settings for intrawebs, do you have "Navigate sub-frames across different domains" enabled?

Edit: and are you able to try another browser to double check that it is NOT IE permissins related?

http://static.bf2s.com/game-images/awar … 1105_2.jpg <-- does not load for me. Cant download using a download manager, or anything. Like I said, I can't access the server, not just unable to view webpages on it.

content advisor is disabled...again, I think my domain is blocking static.bf2s.com or vice versa...not a program specific (Internet Explorer) thing.
