Unlocks for n00bs?

I was playing a server the other day, as USMC and I see this guy running across a bridge. So I melted his face with my favorite gun-the L96A1. What's he do? He screams over the chat: lol n00b unlocks!!1!(enhanced to make him look "n00bish").

So, I smoke him again, running across the same bridge. "lol, kick this n00b!1!!1"

What? If you look at the stats, the M24 is the same as the L96A1. Was this guy pissed that I was pwning him? Or do unlocks really make you an immature twelve-year-old boy eating chips and spilling soda all over his keyboard somewhere in Minnesota?

Let's see what YOU'VE got to say to this bullshit!!!11!!!!1!!1

He is a "n00b". He was pissed that you could actually shoot. Ignore him.

Edit: I'll add more.

On paper, the L96 is practically the M24, with only a faster reload time. Ask a seasoned sniper and he'll let you know its much easier to take shots with, because of the thinner crosshairs. Some say its harder to hit moving targets than with any other rifle, but that can be over come.

Basically, it is the M24, with a different scope, faster reload, and a badass sound.

I really dont know why people make such a huge fuss over unlocks each and every gun is better at other things

AK 101 for med range

L85A1 same as above but a tad better at long range

H&K G36-E best medic gun at long range

but my fav is the ak101 because its looks so cool

actually the L96A1 just has more accuracy a little less damage than the M24 and the M24 just does more damage i prefer the L96A1 do to i can head shot so much easier. i have seen a difference in the accuracy ever since i unlocked the L96A1.

Unfortunatley, you are incorrect. Both have the same accuracy on paper, both have the same damage.

The reason you have had an easier time getting headshots/seen your accuracy % increase is because of the thinner crosshairs, not because the weapon is more accurate.

It's usually 1 of 2 things.

1) They are mad because they unlocked the wrong gun, and have to wait for another promotion
2) They can't effectivley use the weapon you've killed them with.

Technically, your still wrong. The only difference is that the M95 can pierce bulletproof glass/fences/ARMOR in game.

Accuracy (though the scope sucks) and damage are still the same.

Yeah, it happens way to much. I really think it's funny when they say that unlocks are noobish, so you then switch weapons, and doing just as good as with the unlocks, they get pissed and can't stop cussing.
