BF2S Forums Using unlocks is equivalent to cheating

sigh.... Look. Unlocks are not at the same level of hacks, infact most hacks are 3rd party programs running in the background. Unlocks aren't 3rd party, they are a part of the game. If Unlocks were like hacks you'd see this:

Punkbuster kicking bob (4jf2h45) PB VOLATION #18383124 (Objects_Client.zip)

so the moral of that demonstration.... If EA, PB, ROE or other game authorities didnt want it and thought Unlocks were hacks...... They wouldnt be there, and definately not full-collured in your stats.

I cant believe this, some started of saying unlocks are the same as hacks and all of a sudden there are 8 pages of defending unlocks, god. as EA would say "its in the Game" so judging by that statement there is no way on gods green earth that this is hacking cheating or anything, it gives the slightly more experianced player more variety in capping the cr*p out of you. (oh my god here i go, preaching to the converted)
   Right so (SOLUTION) rank the f**k up, start playing the game, every weapon has advantages and disadvantages, recoil, mag cap, zoom,calibre etc. OR if you see someone with a weapon you like or think is the ultimate beast, kill the player and yopu have his kit.

   Problem solved now play the game and all will be well

Stock weapons pwn all we all know that and useing a unlock is not cheating and no where like useing a aimbot loooooooooooooooooooool people just like useing them because there different for a while .Me and my m8s use unlocks for a week or so when we get them then go back to useing the standard guns mostly .

Not really, just because you have to unlock a weapon it does not make it any better... ie the medic unlocks compared with AK101. Also you would expect that the more unlocks someone has, the higher their score is, therefore they have been playing longer, in which case they will be better at the game.

Now I don't know how long you have been playing for and to be honest I can't be bothered to find out... The more you play the better you become. You cannot really expect to be getting 100< rounds straight from opening the box, it takes time.

How many other games allow you to open new weapons? lots! I cannot believe you are complaining. Plus there is nothing to stop you from picking up kits off the floor - they might be weapons you have not unlocked yet.

I'm sorry I should stop there because otherwise I'll being going on like a stuck record and at the end of the day, if you don't like the way in which the game is played, then here is a simple solution either uninstall it and put it on ebay, or stop complaining.

I think what hes trying to say is Unlocks take no skill at all.
Guns like the M16, PP-19 and MP5 take skill

you get your first unlocks with hardly no points and most people tend to use stocks more after a while so I dont see the point of your post. deliberately useless.
