Who else out there thinks that there needs to be more team related ways to earn teamwork points? Reviving someone does NOT always help the team (such as when you're revived and killed 5 times in about 5 seconds).
I think that the biggest problem is that one point is a huge thing to award compared with some of the finer teamwork tasks that people accomplish.
Here's one example. I know that when I'm in a squad (as leader or as a member) one of the best tactics out there is to have your squad leader hide a little ways away from a point that you're trying to capture so that your squad has somewhere to spawn. The only problem with this is that your squad leader will have a miserable score.
Is there some way to reward squad leaders without making the advantage big enough so that there's a big rush at the beginning of the game to be squad leader (or lead to obvious and easy stat-padding)? Maybe giving the squad leader 0.1 or .2 points every time a squad member spawns on him (I can see that getting abused, though). Or if that's implemented, balancing it with the ability of a squad to mutiny against the squad leader? Maybe giving squad leaders a bonus if the team wins (not as huge as the commanders, but something to give them an incentive to be team players).
