how about mob action, failing to dispurse. i'm sure theres more to your story. how long was since their arrival and their final decision to spray you guys to get the hell out of there. this kinda shit happens every year at a halloween event hosted in the city i work in. and every year tear gas is used to break up the riots/mobs/stupid fucking people who want to see how far they can take things, then complain that they were just having fun minding their own business. trouble makers, and preventing riots is the issue at hand.

ANY gathering of people over 4 people here is considered a Gang and or Crowd or an Illegal Gathering after certain hours. Ther are no exceptions, especially if theres a Socalled party of such a magnitude as you speak of. A simple spraying seems warrented if there were people scattering and regrouping again everywhere. Sharpshooter, It wasnt a social gathering with say a purpose of raising money for a cancer victem or a wedding. the original poster aparently said it was getting out of control and was being broken up at the point of origin.
