this is the info on UBAR page.  Does this mean I need both of these things to get ribbon? or one or the other?  Thanks

...no, you need both of them to get basic ground defense.  so if you get 5 kills real quick, just sit on a TOW for 3 minutes.

you need both, but you can get the 5 kills during your 3 minutes, so theoretically, you could get the ribbon in 3 minutes
