Right now i cant update Spysweeper, adaware, spybot, and i cant even ping www.yahoo.com?
When i try to ping yahoo or any other site, i get Transmit failed. Error code 65.

any ideas on how to fix this?

Getrid of spysweeper. Then download nod32.

How about opening the port for Ping replies ? A lot of these programs tend to block "ping attacks", but in doing so they also block ping itself.

Hi, do the following
Start--->Run---> type in hcp://system/netdiag/dglogs.htm and click ok.
choose scan my system. once done you will get a summary.. now try and see if you can find the problem. did you have zone alarm installed by any chance?
