was wondering if any1 here could help me out with some troubling problems.
first of all, since i installed the 1.12v paths for BF2 my personal firewall is acting strange; it does not allow explorer to connect with any internet page. (so i turn it off, just the firewall ofcourse)
second of all, me BF2 account is being updated but when I’m ingame, it doesn't show my rank no more.
got any idea how to solve this?

As far as the rank issue ingame is concerned, thats a common bug. sometimes it won't show your rank while playing. just ignore that. Log out off BF2 and log back in and everthing should be fine.

About the firewall thing. Sorry I am not a firewall expert. However, this does not seem to be an issue with BF2.
At least I wouldn't know why the 1.12 would stop your IE from connecting

My default answer for any problems with IE is this: try Firefox.

BTW... the same link is part of my answer to any Outlook Express problems, too.
