one way is by peeps getting in and out of your vehicle,ie giving them a ride

I always thought it was, for instance, if you're a medic and some hurt dood jumps in the vehicle with you, you auto-heal him.

Or if an engineer is driving a humvee and pulls up next to a damaged tank, it auto-repairs it... That type of stuff is "Special Ability points" right?

one other way, is having a "supportive" (engineer/support/medic) in your vehicle, and when you drive/fly by broken stuff, low health team mates or out of ammo soldiers, the passenger "do their thing" within a certain radios of the vehicle/team mates.

THATS how you get a Driver Special Abbility point.
*not* by folks entering and exiting your vehicle. thats a simple driver score, no "special ability" point.

Close but no cigar... No that is a repair point, not a driver spec ability point

edit: In my book the driver special ability score is the driver score... But I've been proven wrong many times before. So, if you want to unravel the mystery, please do...
