So, I downloaded the full client patch from this website and I completed the download. Its just one unknown file, I tried to open with winRAR, but that didn't do anything. I was expecting it to be an .exe. Asked a friend and he said it was, so I redownloaded from here and got the same thing.

What is going on?

Just an unknown file my computer doesn't recognize.

I was using a download manager, yes. I get 125kb/s if I use one, without it, I get like 40kb/s and lower.
