Heh... if you have to make a choice, go with the one that's cheaper. The Fatal1ty is just a franchise name and you can find plenty of other cases that can look the same, can be modified to look the same, perform the same but is significantly cheaper, or simply get one that is both cheaper and far superior (in design and in cooling).
A case should not be about what you have or what it looks like. It should be what you want from it... expansion, room, cooling, weight, toolless, easy, and so forth. There are plenty of cases of various price range and all I can think of is just get one that is both affordable and can suit your basic needs while providing optimal cooling for your computer. Just grab one, install the parts, and be done with it. No hassle, and you can always fancy it up later at your own disclosure.
