Installing seemed to be all fine, I get into the game try to create account and...
Me ltrying to make new account...

You don't have an ea downloader account?  If so, try entering it there.....but I'm not sure if this works.

oh crap i see, i thought this if for making like your in game name and that(silly me!)...well i entered the correst EA details in for that adn pressed log in and it still brings up same message=(

ok just restarted the game and entered in my details again correct the first time and it seemed to work. thanks for your help.
I feel so much like a noob right now!
