but they've done a great deal for their country, they knew what risks they were taking and how extremely high those risks were, they should be given the respect they deserve. My cousin that lived with me like a brother was killed in Iraq this January. Instead of talking about him all of the news teams talked about when those reporters (Woodruff) got hit by an RPG and just got hurt. The media doesn't care about whats right, they care about what is lucrative.

I remember watching a film where a crocodile in his Zoo had just passed away and he Stevie cried for the death of the poor animal. He loved the crocodile even though it is commonly hated and feared by people. Now that is an animal lover. People would call him crazy because he cried of the croc's death but some may never understand how amazing he was. He was extremely passionate and it is a true shame that he is now dead.
And concerning the footage of his death, I hope it is never released to the public.
I have the deepest sympathy for his family and I hope they pass on his legacy and keep the Zoo running.
And most importainly treat every animal with the same respect and love as Steve Irwin did.

If you aren't arrogant then why do you think that Terri would cash in on Steve's death? If you believe this then you must believe that the women that found out there husbands had died on 9/11 are cashing in on their deaths too.

John Walsh who became a star & rich trying to find the killer of his boy by putting away every criminal he could. There is no shame in making money off of dead people, especially when they put it too good use.
I will not apologize for my statements, sure Steve was a good man that did a lot of good , but if you look for trouble long enough you will find it, he knew the risks & you should be happy for him that he died doing what he loved.

TrollmeaT, like a lot of people, you know Steve mainly for his TV appearences. Nothing wrong with that. No doubt Australia Zoo will be getting monetary benefis from Steve's deaths, but saying that Terri will be "Cashing in" on his death is insensitive when talking about anybody. How does money help when someone you love dies? The Irwins were NEVER in it for the money, but I suppose like you said it will be going towards Steve's various wildlife causes and will fund Australia Zoo, (as did every single last bit of his work.)

About 90% of what the guy did he did off screen. He was completely genuine and was a professonal. To say he "got what he deserved" is a terrible thing to say, especially since what happened to Steve was the last thing the man deserved.

TrollmeaT you sounded more sensitive in that last post its just that your first post was very rude. Steve died doing what he loved and I never said i wasn't happy for that just don't be jerk is all I'm saying especially about a guy that improved the world in one way or another.
