when loading up a server
in the map briefing window mine displays:
"MAPBRIEFING_ROADTOJALALABAD"
and in the server info window, on the no vehicles setting it says:
SERVERINFO_NOVEHICLES

anyone else had or seen this at all?
i installed 1.4 incremental when it came out
so now downloading 1.4 full to see if that solves it
but its gunna take awhile
any idea?

I got the same problem. You'll notice that the Spawn Point Names in the Maps ingame are also weird.

its cos of edited localisation files. so this is more of a request for SaladForks to make 'em work for 1.4...

they put the bf2 coded links in, but forgot to add the info to the file....notice that it only happens on the new map/mode...the other stuff is fine...

with all the delays and retesting, seems like a retarded oversight....

yup all the spawn names are mad

so is it cos of incremental or my localization mods?

Download the full patch.  As with the last patches, the localization files are messed up with the incrememntle patch.  It works with the full patch however.
