Well as some of you guys i downloaded the wrong patch yesterday. so now its screwed up. but what if you downloaded the whole 1.4 then it should overwrite any modification the patches have done. so do you think if i install the whole 1.4 then it should be okay. Its ready on my computer.
IIRC full 1.4 can be applied on top of incremental.
so it would work. then im sorry for the guys who reinstalled it. i downloaded the full 1.4 in 20 minuts.
You should be able to install the full over the incremental

i downloaded/installed the 1.4 beta from bf2s and then downloaded/installed FULL 1.4 from bf2s. Which caused an error somewhere and caused my game to CTD as soon as i started. So i had to do a full reinstall of BF2>>SF>>1.4, so if you have the same problem, prepare for a long install.
