Friendly fire. It's happened in every war in the history of mankind (except maybe the 45 minute long war in Zanzibar). It's tragic but it does happen, plus you have to appreciate that those planes have saved thousands of soldier's skins in combat. No one is perfect, not even the US (omg!).

Sorry for knit picking! My taughts go out to Grahams family. Imagine how the pilot feels? As was said befor this is just one of the many risks taken by service personnal in combat zones.

It's not only about having the best equipment and technology or having the best intel, you still need people to interprete it correctly (and act correctly).destruktion_6143 wrote:
