I have had the same error message come up for the past few months when trying to log into my account. The problem is that whenever i try to log in, an error message comes up saying, "there is an error listening on a socket." I have no idea what that means nor do i know how to fix it. I un-installed, then installed the game several times, all different patches, with no progress. Any help?
make sure the firewall and router are setup to allow the game to play
it's usually a firewall problem, my north anti virus blocked me for a while saying that
i just reinstalled the game, i guess
