I have seen many people open their parachute and then lie flat to fall faster with the parachute. How is this done?

Push forward to accelerate on the chute. In 3rd person view this looks like you lie flat.
or u can just do what i do and is free fall untill the last min then open ur chute
if an enemy sees u falling with no chute they will just asume ur dead and goon thier way
i open just before i hit ground it lets me land faster and un seen

'C' Cycles through the camera's or F9 F10 F11.
Common this is common sense stuff. . . use your movement keys wasd.
You can change views while climbing ladders, riding ziplines, parachuting, grappling hooks. . . trial and error stuff.

you cannot change it during the Zipline.
