Queue Problems

Ugh, I feel like an idiot for having to post this, especially since I've yelled at so many people to use the search...

but my stats aren't updating at the moment. I refresh the page and I just keep getting bumped to the back of the queue.

"You are #122 of 122 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 04m 04s."
*Refresh*
"You are #32 of 32 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 01m 04s."
*Refresh*
"You are #70 of 70 in the queue. Approximate wait time is: 02m 20s."

...you get the idea.

Anyway, it's never done this before...I've always just moved through the queue normally, until I reach 0 and it updates. I don't know why it's different now though.

Oh, and before I get flamed/banned, I DID use the search. I got four pages of results and went through about 70% of the threads. Every thread I found either linked to how there's a bug in the SF feed and EA will fix it or it was a problem different than the one I'm having. Well, it would appear the feed is fixed since my stats updated earlier today...

so with all that said, any thoughts? Sorry in advance if this has been covered already (and it probably has), but I tried the search, tried the FAQ...got nothing.

This happens to me too from time to time but usually I just wait till the next morning and everything works ok again.

Hmmm, ok then maybe I'm not quite so much of a dolt for posting this thread.

It's been doing it to me for about half an hour...maybe I just haven't waited long enough yet.

I'm getting the same problem. my stats updated 3 times today and then then stopped. and now I'm stuck in the queue.

Best guess is that EA's server is being a bit overloaded right now from just coming back online and having a week's worth of updates to send to the 4 big stats sites on the new feed.

Well, I just checked some other stats sites and they don't seem to be updating either. So again, I'm blaming this one on EA. Voodoo, I think you were right.

Ok, feel free to close this thread.

Although I find it somewhat ironic that my first post said that all the threads I found pointed to it being a problem with the stats feed...and...it ended up being a problem with the stats feed again.
