Have to say, Mashtuur is one map where there always seems to be a level of pace, but one thats a fun as hell if you can get into it!
Had some good times in defense, especially back in the early days dueling with Blackhawks as Anti-Tank.... shame they won.

Mass Destruction 64 map, 32-40 players.
Nice infantry combats, tanks and choppers can have fun but are not so dominant.
Lots of fences, sandbags and rocks to hide from tanks.
And noob chopper pilots usually crash in 10 seconds.

That place is a nightmare sometimes, with C4, mines and rockets going every which way. Damn good fun though!

Jumping over the walls as spec ops to come up behind vehicles never loses its excitement. Until they reverse.

It depends and it different...

Have to say Wake because I have spend 280 h on that one.
But right now I'm sick of it so now I just love Karkand and Warlord.

So:
BF: Wake or Karkand
SF Warlord but Devils is a lot fun
EF: Operation Smokescreen
AF: They are all equally boring

Have started to play more and more SF and now I can not understand why I haven't before....

Can't pick just one... I love a lot of different maps the same.

Mashtuur - Great infantry combat

Dragon - On 32 man, it's nice for everyone. Fights at flags are intense, there's ranged armor combat, and no airplanes (only helis)

Dalian - Something about this map makes me like it a lot

Karkand - I gotta say its great for points

Clean Sweep - jets

Kubra - At the risk of sounding "gay", it's a very nice looking map... and combat in any vehicle is just damn fun with the terrain and objects

Great Wall - Amazing infantry combat, lots of stalemates... EU weapons

Operation Smoke Screen - Lots of armor combat, great for helicopters >.>

Taraba Qua - oh wait no I hate this map with a passion

Operation Road Rage - Big map, has the littlebird

Operation Harvest - Big map, littlebird, lots of intense armor and infantry combat

Midnight Sun - Littlebird, the design is just great

A server running all those maps and a few others would roxxorz.

Worst maps: The two K's: Kubra and Karkand. End of story.
