i got my yesterday at warlord on one of those 16 player no tanks map, some German server I think

MAKE SURE your team gets the third floor in palace and the UK team gets second
when you spawn dont be like the other guys and run all the way to that middle place, instead just zipline from from your side to the enemy base and place the claymore inside their base... run out by jumping out and going back to third floor (resupply) do that and you'll get it pretty fast got around 30+ kills doing that and you'll probably still have lots of time left to do other stuff
