You see, my blood comes from Italy even though i was born in the US. I look Italian and hence i am Italian-American.

Replace Italy with Africa, does that make sense? They are from AFRICA, that is where there blood is from, just because they've spent a few generations on this side does not discount there true heritage, hundreds of generations of developing and evolving in Africa.

Racism is certainly not exclusive to "white" folks. Every people on earth got  intolerant members in their communities. The jews' got their "hassidim", a very closed community: they don't even recognize the State of Israel; the muslims, well...we all know this story, is written in the Coran and for them practically the whole non-musilimworld is infidel. I know this are not only racial differences, but religious as well, but at the end everybody discriminates everybody for whatever reason. The japanese? They call all non-japanese people

that distinction? Did you know that japanese society is so closed that in order to get the japanese citizenship you have to live there for 20 years? (who the heck would want to get this citizenship anyways, but picture yourself married to a japanese girl [they can be very pretty and hot too, btw] and maybe you'd have to live in japan, and maybe your son(s) are born there and they are japanese!, or something)...or wouldn't you marry a japanese girl? Then you're a racist! (lol). Mexicans call americans "gringos", (meaning something like: "green [for the US army uniform] go away", for a time when the US army breached into Mexico) and they discriminate they're own mexican-american fellows, calling them "cholos", stating that cholos are not mexicans anymore, but they're not americans (whites) either!. And I can go on and on. Everybody hates somebody. There's this film calld "Crash" ( not the old movie), that pretty much depicts this scenario.

Sorry, wrong. I picked the house. The neighbourhood looked clean, of course, its fucking orange county and practically next to the beach. You have no fucking point. First you say you're not calling me racist and now you're saying i definetly made sure it was a white neighbourhood before i moved in. Think before you type, it helps.

I've also worked in Toronto and lived in a very mixed neighborhood at that time. I've also lived in Dubai, Arab Central.

Just stop now before you make yourself look even more naive (hard i admit).

It seems only 64% of orange county is white, and all you could find is white people to live around?? I don't blame you, I too want  to live in a white neighborhood, just please give me a fuckin' break when you try and pass your decision on where you live having nothing to do with race. It seems to for everyone else. If you have been to NYC you know EXACTLY what I am talking about. My question is why is it racist for whites to want to live with whites and for everyone else it is not an issue. No I am not trying to be a troll. Just stop with the "I didn't know my neighborhood was all white until after I moved in here" bullshit.

Uh, he probably didn't. Who visits every neighbor to look at their skin color? You'd have to be racist and OCD or something.

yeah, right...wait until you go buy your first house, you are going to check everything from your neighbors to your school district. there is also economics involved. For instance, if you are going to buy into a nieghborhood to live where the majority of the homes are rented, you will loose. You buy a home as an investment. The people that surround your house directly influences that investment. A cold hard FACT.

Also, my parents never discussed it either, in front of me that is, but they moved to an all white subdivsion after the military.

Your forgot "pigskin" for whites also in South Africa the word "kaffer" is used as derogatory against black people, which is an old Dutch word for "un-believer". This term is seriously racist though, and NEVER used in a casual conversation between two black people.

It seems to me that they believe that they're alwoed all these holidays and special weeks because they had to fight for years and years so get any respect at all in the first world. I'm not sure that this gives them the right to use racist terms against whites.

Nowadays, being from UK, only uneducated people eg: "chavs" and "Neds" are the reacist ones, though this is only because they think themselves "cool". For most of the population black people are just other people with different colour skin, no difference.
