1}      why if high ping is auto kicked .. what is the reason for this ? low ping is also kicked { some server} could you explane about this ... from me  i always high ping so always auto kick.
                              how can i make level for this  problem i can  play the game long time?           
                                 
                              how can i prevent high ping ?

    2} sometimes our server red how can i get key for this i can go inside to play ?
                              any body tell me about this .....

because 1 or 2 people with high pings can drag the speed of the server down for everyone else...i can tell INSTANTLY when there's people with high pings...as far as solving the problem you need to do 1 preferably 2 things...

1) get high speed internet
2) play on a server that is relatively close to your physical location...

when you do a search for servers sort them by ping, it's one of the columns, and play on the lowest one...you definately want one with no higher than double digits ie. anything under 100

when the server showes red it means its a different version or not running you should try to get into games w/ a ping less than 100.

a high ping will slow everyone on the server down.
