Hi all. i just got new internet, and i know i should not complain bla bla.

its currently 1.1MB down, and 100KB up.

However, it should be 16-24Mbit down, and 1.3Mbit up. it just started working today since we needed a new modem (one that supported ADSL2+). (28 hours without internet is a hell), so the question: does it usualy take some time before they give you the correct speeds? or where they shaking my hand while stabbing a knife in my back?

They are going to tell you that Internet speeds vary and your performance may not match what they said they could give you. I would tell them that I would not pay the full price unless they can guarantee the full service they are providing. Also check over the contract they made you sign. Another thing you may want to look into, is Quality of Service agreements. If you are also using your internet connection for VOIP you can at least claim the QOS.

depends on the distance between you and their.. hem.."thing that gives internet" ...
but you may too have temporal sucking connexion before they fully activate it

anyway, 1m instead of 16 is very .. OWNED
